By downloading, installing or playing a HeyLeoGames game, or by using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our games or this site.

Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play our games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile or modify our games, or distribute modified versions of them.

Our content

The games, their code, art, music, characters and names are owned by HeyLeoGames and protected by copyright and trademark law. Recording, streaming and sharing video of our games — including monetised video — is welcome and permitted, provided you do not claim the game itself as your own work.

Virtual items

Gold, gems, upgrades and unlocked content are virtual items licensed to you for use inside the game. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the game, and may be changed or removed as we balance the game.

Virtual items are tied to your device's local save. If you delete the game, reset your progress or change devices, they are lost — we have no server-side record to restore from.

Purchases and refunds

Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to its terms. Refund requests go through Google Play, not us. Where consumer law in your country grants you a right of withdrawal or refund, that right applies regardless of anything in this section.

Advertising

Rewarded ads are optional and initiated by you. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements, or for the products and services they promote.

Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue a game or any of its features. We may also update these terms; when we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use our games after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimer and liability

Our games are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost progress or virtual items. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
