Privacy Policy

This policy covers the games published by HeyLeoGames and this website. We have tried to write it in plain language, because a privacy policy nobody can read is not a privacy policy.

The short version

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address or location. Your game progress lives on your own device. The two places data leaves your device are advertising and purchases, both handled by third parties described below.

What the game stores on your device

Your progress is saved locally on your device: distance records, gold and gem balances, character rank, equipment and horse upgrade levels, unlocked worlds, daily quest and achievement state, and your settings (language, music and sound volume, framerate, graphics quality, vibration).

This save file stays on your device. We cannot read it, and it is not transmitted to us. Deleting the game removes it. There is an in-game option to reset your progress, which erases it immediately and permanently.

Advertising

Our games offer optional rewarded ads — you choose to watch one in exchange for an in-game benefit, such as reviving after a death. We never show ads you did not choose to watch.

Ads are served by a third-party advertising network, not by us. To serve and measure ads, that network may process your device advertising identifier, IP address, device model, operating system version and coarse region. We do not receive this data, and we cannot connect it to you.

On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID, and opt out of ad personalisation, in Settings → Privacy → Ads. Doing so does not affect your ability to play.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. Payment details are entered in Google's interface and never reach us — we receive only a confirmation that a purchase completed, so the game can deliver what you bought. Refunds are handled through Google Play under their terms.

This website

This website is a set of static pages. There is no account system, no contact form, no analytics and no advertising. We do not set cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that request.

Children

Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Because your progress is stored only on your device, you already control it: reset it in the game's settings, or delete the app. If you are in a jurisdiction that grants you rights of access, correction, deletion or objection over personal data, you can exercise them by writing to us at the address below, and we will respond within the period your law requires.

Changes

If we add a feature that changes how data is handled — analytics, cloud saves, accounts — we will update this page and change the date at the top before that feature ships.
